Dr. Lisa Lavella, PsyD, BC-TMH
Dr. Lavella, PsyD, BC-TMH is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and has over 20 years of diverse clinical work experience. Dr. Lisa holds Clinical Psychology Licenses in Arizona and Illinois. Dr. Lisa Lavella is also a Board Certified Tele-mental Health Provider (BC-TMH). She provides therapy, coaching, and consulting in-person, via video-conferencing, and on-site. She graduated with a Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 from Adler University, Chicago, Illinois in 2004. Dr. Lisa was inducted into the Psi Chi Honors Society. She has owned and operated her own full-time clinical private practice since 2006, working with adults and adolescents, as a clinical psychologist, individual therapist, couples therapist, family therapist, life coach, and consultant. Dr. Lisa is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA). Dr. Lisa Lavella also has previous experience working as an adjunct faculty for Adler University, Chicago, Illinois, teaching courses to Doctoral and Masters level students in group psychotherapy, ethics and professional issues, and clinical assessment intervention. Dr. Lisa’s prior work experiences also include Co-director of Training, serving as a clinical supervisor to Doctoral and Masters level students. In addition, Dr. Lisa has worked with the homeless, and inpatient psychiatric care.
