Elizabeth Pacheco, LPC
Elizabeth (Liz) Pacheco is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has over 18 years of diverse experience providing therapy. Liz earned her master’s degree from the University of Phoenix in 2003. She provides therapy in two different languages. Liz provides therapy fluently in English and Spanish, depending upon the needs of each client. Liz is licensed with a LPC to practice in Arizona and Colorado. She has worked in a wide variety of clinical settings throughout the years with a multitude of specializations. Liz has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples’, and families. Liz develops an individualized treatment plan to meet the needs of each client and works in conjunction with each client to help them meet their goals, involving gaining control and teaching strategies to manage anxiety, relationship issues, depression, eating and body image issues, grief and loss, identity issues, work stress, social anxieties, addictions, LGBTQ+, ADHD, PTSD, and OCD. Liz provides an integrative approach, which includes evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. This integrative approach, along with collaboration of each client, helps clients to discover their positive qualities and to empower them to accomplish their individualized life goals.
